I ordered on 3/17 and 3/20 and hadn't received any emails from him like some of you so I emailed him on 4/7 and he replied later that day saying my orders will probably ship out this Monday (4/11). Still no tracking info on my order pages. I'm in no rush though so I'm patiently waiting.

Ordered from Serra on 3/23 and received order confirmation email. Then nothing. Emailed on 4/9 and received reply within a day indicating some of my parts were on back order, but were on the way.
I ordered on the 17th, and still crickets. I haven’t bothered them just emailed them twice and he seems very annoyed at the current situation. I guess u guys are the lucky ones if you’ve already received ur orders.
I received everything except for the radiator ordered by itself. The delays are understandable as one dealership got flooded with months of orders all at once. Gotta be patient.
I talked to a friend who ordered on the 17th and just got his first shipment of several orders- I ordered on the 23rd and still waiting. Fortunately Im in no hurry.
These special sales prob emptied inventories in the warehouses- so some items may take time to restock.
Fwiw I ordered a new superduty in December -going on 16weeks and still don’t have a build date.

My CVs had a ship out ETA of April 5, now they've brought that to end April.

There was a time when I thought I'd mention to Eric I played a part and we'd laugh about it, but now I'm afraid I've made his life a real pain in the short term and I don't want him to ever find out. He's the closest dealer I've got for parts.

Similar story here. Ordered on the 17th, status updated to processing on the 24th, and then general delay email on the 31st. Not in a hurry and I expect these to be delayed in getting shipped due to the huge order volume going through. Not planning to reach out to ask since they wont have an update and I dont want to bother them.

For anyone who didn't get initial confirmation emails, check your spam folder. That's where I found mine. Same boat here that I have multiple orders pending but am in no hurry and anticipated delays with a sale this large.
I'm also waiting patiently, and not bothering to email. i know they'll come through.
In order all my parts from Marietta Toyota and it all arrived about a week-ish after I ordered. Would recommend again, I wish they ran the deal more often!

That is correct. But their prices are crazy expensive! I just checked CV Axle (4343060040), Lexus is selling is for $652.11 before the discount. With the discount it is $554.29.

It’s a good data point. Just need to remember that it comes down to what items were ordered. For me I know most of the items are probably fine but the CVs will be delayed forever. Similarly, I would imagine radiators will be delayed given some other posts going on.
What big items did you get?
Actually, my order was pretty small. A rear mail seal, transfer case gasket kit, and a few miscellaneous rubber bits for the 40. I barely hit the free shipping threshold.
My credit card was billed last week so I expect to receive my parts sometime this week.
Joe from Bell Lexus said they CVs are available for order when I called on 18 to get some part spares to keep, since they don’t place core charges on some items like CVs, Steering Rack, Starters at least for 98-02.
