What tire pressures are you guys running when on the trails? In my previous vehicle...jeep yj and in my friends 88 4 runner, we ran around 16 or so when in the San Juans and around 12 or so when in Moab. With my new to me LX being so much heavier, I was debating running them a few lbs higher than I did on the jeep. What do you guys normally run?

Right in the range you have run with the heeps. :flipoff2:

You should be OK to run about the same range.

They put 'better' air in the tires of the LX than the heep. ;)

Depends on the tire size, and terrain. I would say around 16psi on 33" and above is a very safe bet for most uses. When in sand, snow, etc dropping down to 10psi sometimes helps as long as you have a way to air back up before you get back on the road.

Depends on if it's summer air or winter air.

You have to make sure you change it out at the season change.

Most of the folks out here run 13-15 lbs. most of us use Puma compressors to air back up.
