3FE was my favorite swap, great power for daily driving and still can torque down and bump start like a 2F for crawling. Great setup with h42 & 4:11s. Have done SBC & stinkys … you’ll be happy.Been doing research on the 3fe swap and had no idea it was going to be so involved… kinda wish I would have done my diesel swap instead… I might need to be talked of the ledgeHopefully this will be worth it!

Someone from the Black Hills Cruisers gave me a wiring diagram of how they merged a 3FE w/ their 40.
I don't remember what year their 40 was, but I will try to find it and share.

I am happy to share what I know.
I will say that I do like the combo of 3FE+Pig.
When I drove over to UT for one of the Pig parties I was knocking down 18 MPG.
That was before the H55F 5-speed, 4.11s and 33" tires.

Slow going on the 3fe. Spring time work has kicked my tail again as every spring. It’s dry here for a spring and we have about 200 residential and commercial irrigation systems to turn on. Feels like everyone has called me at once. Still have about 100 more to go along with all the mowing, mulching, and landscape jobs. One crew slid off the side of a pond and lost a zero turn in it. So had to drop everything and deal with draining everything and spraying everything down.
