One of the heater valve turned and hoses ran.

Also a cracked brake line need to get one of these.
what's up with the rusty clamps,is that a used valve you got there. john

Don't want to loose anything while I mock it in. I will go and buy all new clamps once I am ready to get the hoses finished.

Here is where the sender for the Yota temp sender is tapped in. And a shot of the front end on and the Radiator after the ports are switched. BTW HAS ANYONE SEEN THE RADIATOR BRACKETS?????

Are we (am I) missing the radiator brackets???

got the aux light harness done today now i just need to start on the headlamp harness. i may try and get over by your place tomorrow after work and pick up that other 60 so i can get started on the headlamp harness so long as i can get cassie to run me by.

The Gutless Ghost is sounding like it has some serious guts now!! You'll have to give it a new name! Nice going! That baby is gonna be a screamer for sure!

Unlike my wife, I would not call it a money pit. I'm getting an almost new wagon...

Randy named it The Ghost and we'll keep it at that. It will now be the Ghost with Guts.

i want an "almost new wagon"!!

but with a diesel... and a toybox, 5 speed... oh sorry, day dreaming again... straight pipe...

Update

OK here are the drive lines courtesy of Truck Parts Specialist. The rear shaft is now 44" and the front is 23". Also a couple of shots of how the fuel lines are adapted. I used 5/16 and 3/8 Earl's hard line an adapters coupled to 3/8 auto fit braided hose.

Update

Here is a shot of the fuel lines clamped down the rail and one of a new fuel door warning. Also the new tach after recalibration and ready for use with the Vortec. Red line gauge works in Ca. Did this one as well. Yes I see the 80 is backwards...To late now.

looks like it was done for easier reading...
sure is looking purdy tho!
I like the bling bling fuel hoses.

It is getting there...ML was this the original transfer case that came with the truck when it was running?? The linkage is off by almost 1 1/2" from the shaft. This is a later model linkage. Do you have spares laying around?? If not I will make modifications. Also do you have the linkage rods in your hiding place? If you do no big deal. I can hook it up later. Just wondering if you put it someplace you wouldn't lose it. :bang:
