All Caster correction bushing suck
Running 850j and 863 suspension with Caster plates I'm running three-and-a-half to four degrees of castor I drive at 85 miles an hour with one finger regularly

So for you and all the guys here doing a lot of wiring.. insulated terminals? or do the crimp with uninsulated then heat-shrink?

Nearly everything I do and produce is heat-shrink insulated terminals. For any larger lugs that don't have that option they will get adhesive lined heat shrink. Some applications you can't really use either but its rare.

Exactly this. With caster plates I can still run OEM bushings and I eliminate any potential issues.

I recently bought one of these - great tool. I also picked up an inexpensive wire stripper that is not quite as good, but makes more elaborate jobs much faster.

get one of the automatic stripper tools, vice grips makes one and it is awesome.....

Also cleaned up my organization in the rear. The box is going to be replaced soon, and my good friend who is a fabricator wants to make me a new rear bumper!

I've been a busy bee chasing a snap in the front end when its under steering load or articulation. Replaced the steering damper and bracket (original one was bent badly), I also replaced both ball joints with OEM joints on the steering tie rod... the snap is still there, I think it might be in the tie rod between the tires or a spring but IDK at this point. I might put the gopro under the truck and try to zero in on the issue. Its obvious that I still have some leaks huh?

Snap noise is due to OME stabilizer is installed backwards. Saw another thread concerning this; perhaps it was yours and the problem is fixed.

Never knew it was on backwards, huh. Hard to imagine that causing a snap. Good to know though, I'll switch it around.

I am pretty sure I've narrowed the snap down to the springs going slack at full drop then reseating on the retainers once loaded.

So the man-a-fre UCAs are designed to be used with their longer LCA's..... At least that's what they told me. They said best option was to buy longer LCA's or modify their uca's to be shorter. Little frustrating.

Could go with Landtank LCAs and keep UCAs stock. Pretty sure changing the UCA length changes where the wheel moves in the wheel well.

Looks a lot better! What are the large gauge wires going forward leading to? A winch?
