Went camping in Joshua Trees with my bro (GX470)
Made it to the top at 1:00 AM. Had to do some trail building to get there. The GX was on stock tires so traction was a problem. The trail was loose dirt and rocks.
6:00 AM Sunrise. It was epic.

It’s the Australian 70 series bonnet with the v8 turbo Diesel engine, but has vertical slots in the mouth instead ? Should get them off eBay

No epic pictures but I just picked up this rust free 2005 LC this past weekend. Original owner, 130k miles, timing belt / water pump / both front cv’s replaced at 106k. 1700 mile ride home and averaged 16.8 mpg. All is good.
