It's a solid graft from a 2018 VDJ bonnet cold-bonded onto our original 105 bonnet, prepped and sprayed to match.....but tell me more about that hood!
Are you running a big fat Holden LS3 swap under there?
It’s the Australian 70 series bonnet with the v8 turbo Diesel engine, but has vertical slots in the mouth instead ? Should get them off eBay
Yeah ours was cut from a 2018 model 70 series bonnet which is quite a bit larger than the older model / pre-2017 ones, probably why it has the uprights. Below is a pic of the older VDJ scoop done by the same shop on another 105 from Perth.
No epic pictures but I just picked up this rust free 2005 LC this past weekend. Original owner, 130k miles, timing belt / water pump / both front cv’s replaced at 106k. 1700 mile ride home and averaged 16.8 mpg. All is good.

@ElkWhisperer looks good! you should run some 1'' or 1.25'' wheel spacers.

@ElkWhisperer I don't think you will regret wheel spacers. if you do 1.25'' or less, the wheel will be flush to the wheel well and not stick out. also still tucks in during extreme articulation and doesn't hit the fenders.
