I did see the article you speak of and I would argue that. There are about 75 teams out of 119 that would take 8 or more wins a yr for 9 out of 10 seasons and be extremely happy one of them being the lamecocks we just happens to have higher standards. However there is no doubt the he A. graduates players, B. runs a clean program, C. recruits damn good, and D. beats the garnet and black wherever they play with regularity. As long as he does those I can overlook one or two seasons where we didnt achieve what we thought we should. I'll look past this yr so lang as he can pull 8 wins and beat USC and I think most people will do the same next yr his ass is gonna be on fire though most likely. I think even though we have arguably the most talented team in the ACC or at worst 2nd most talented QB is a huge ? and you dont win championships with that issue. Anyway he isnt the 3rd worst coach and he has made a lot of good changes and progress. Enough said on that.
You really should be more up to date on your own head coach. He doesnt want to be called the Old Ball Coach he wants to be referred to as the Head Ball Coach. But it doesnt matter cause hes still a pompous hot air bag either way and after we beat the Garnet and Black right out of you this yr hes only going to look like more of an idiot for saying Clemson would never win again. Ill take that bet again we are substantially more talented than you the only issue is QB play and we have 11 games to get the figured out. I'm going to create an avatar for you that will have everyone laughing for a yr even if its only up for a week. 135 days and counting.

Duane Coleman yeah that guy was an idiot thats 1 incident for Clemson in the past yr and I can think of at least 4 for USC in the same time see Mitchell assaulting a bouncer, Garcia's arrest for whatever, and Richardson 2 times in the past month and I probably missed some stuff. We could talk about Spurriers illegal phonecalls to recruits to if you want. Point is USC is a dirty program compared to Clemson. Bowden has kept it clean and the last 2 USC coaches if not more have had regular incidents.
We can see a picture but a football is a football, it doesnt say Barry Sanders or Joe Montana or someone who is actually of note in the world of football it says Steve Spurrier it isnt worth squat you probably couldnt even get your money back on ebay.
 
I think you both are disallusioned if you think either of these two universities are "clean" or that one is better or worse......... this is College Football, it hasn't been pure for along time

Clearly in the past decade Clemson is a much Cleaner program all we have to do is look at # of arrests, and anyone with 1/2 a brain can see that winning more than 60% of the games in a 100+yr series makes 1 team better than the other. So your right we dont need to argue.

All 50 of the fans in that pathetic little stadium wouldnt know how to have a good time anyway theyre all to fat on their caviar and drunk on champagne. If sportsmanship is sitting quietly the whole game then the rest of us will leave it at home.
