LOL...sure he did. All those lawyers USC produces are handy to
have around. He'll get in PTI and do some community service
this spring. Maybe SOS can get him to cut that hair now.

I think they inked about 8, including a 5 star receiver.
BTW:
I just placed my order for a SOS personally signed &
personalized gameball from the Clemson game this year past.
Funds go to stadium upgrades.
SOS and the team dedicated that game to us LONG suffering fans.
To quote " You fans have had to put up with a lot of crap about
this game for a long time. This one's for ya'll. The fans get the gameball."

It's pretty sweet. Picture of CU's jumbotron with final score on one side
and a note it's a presented gameball to me by the coach and team
with OBC signing my name and coach's autograph on the other side. :cool:
 
Might have been a good day in baseball but your savior QB was in jail again. HE must be one of those high moral quality recruits Spurrier is known for. When are you driving to Cola for the hearing David?

LOL...Smelly is the backup and by all accounts he's better than our starter
and he's a sophmore.
Garcia, the kid you refer to, will be a redshirt this year.
It's the poor old Tigers who will be counting on a "savior" freshman as a QB.
Oh, and by the way...31-28 will seem like mercy compared to this year's

As for your lawyers doctors and mba's thats just what we need in a poor agriculturally based economy state like SC more pompous arrogant egotistical a-holes to take what little money the poor rural residents have. Its a good thing CU is producing foresters, people in agricultural fields, engineers, architects, and others who can actually help the state. Oh yeah and dont try and downplay Garcia now that hes in trouble cause its only about 10 posts back where you refer to him as passing Korn. You better hope Smelley is better cause Mithcell is so inconsistent its ridiculous.

LOL....The kid's a talent that's for sure. 4 stars just like Korn.
I never said he'd be next years's starter. Freshman QBs are
risky business in the D1 football. I'd hate to have to rely on
a freshman QB to save the football team.
I don't know the facts. I just know what I've read. The witness
is the victim. A visiting professor. It was his car.
Maybe Garcia did it. I just don't rush to judgement.

As for the kid, if he really did key a professor's car
I'd bet he is toast. Keying a car is sooooo low rent,
cowardly, criminal conduct that personally I wouldn't
want him on the team. If he lies about it, it just componds
the wrong. If he did it and comes clean and gets help
then, MAYBE, next year through his goods works he could
EARN a spot on the team, but he should NOT be on the team
in any fashion if he did this dastardly deed for at LEAST a year.
If he didn't do it then I see no problem from just being accused.
Innocent people do get accused all the time.
I'll just wait to see what SOS decides when he gets ALL the facts.
 
I know it's mostly college football talk on here, but the upcoming NFL draft has me a bit excited....pretty much the only thing us Browns fans have a chance to cheer about. any other big NFL guys here or just college?
 
I'm a Dolphins fan first and a Giants fan second and have watched both teams regularly for as long as I can remember. But pro footbal doesnt have the same passion and excitement of college. Half the guys dont even play with desire after they make the money. Its just not the same to me.

NFL is great but college is better. Still, NFL Sundays are better than nothing as a follow up to College Game Day!!

I'm real excited about spring practice. New D players look awesome.
LOL....SOS said they were 2nd string the first week but may be first string
by the second week. I heard they had to tell the new nose tackle to lighten up.
He was hurting people. Two sacks in his first go.....from the nose no less.
New D end got a couple of sacks too. Maybe the O line is suspect. :eek:
Mitchell has looked great. Recorded a 37 inch vertical . Not bad for a QB.
Spring game will be televised by ESPN U. Great publicity. Maybe it will
help with recruiting another top 5 class next Feb. :grinpimp:
College football in da south. It's 24x7x365.

He's been unstoppable in practice.
Orange and White play their spring game saturday as well.
I hear Korn is lighting it up in practice.

It's going to be a tough season. USC will have to get lucky to win more
than they lose. Nothin' new there. ;)
