I’ve tried emailing them but it gets bounced back. I’m still searching online how to acquire one.

This looks well done (or maybe just the review video was well done), but I don't see any option online to purchase one.
Do you want the big screen or are you trying to upgrade the system? Have you considered deleting the navigation and installing a double DIN of your choice? Some guys in the 100 section reported problems with similar android setups. I deleted my climate control nav in my 100 and installed a double DIN. Combination of the larger screen, phone mirroring, and better navigation features. Also, those screens have physical buttons for the damn climate controls. I suspect 90% of the product (good or bad) is the software. They may be running Android 7, but if the hardware is underpowered the experience will be awful.
Story time (everyone pull up a chair and get comfy)...
About 5 years ago I picked up a new 10" Android tablet off Amazon for $100. It was supposedly the latest A8 or A9 processor, had enough RAM, a capacitive touch screen, and was running the latest Android version at the time (I can't recall if it was 3.0 or 4.0). It looked great, but the performance was awful. Soooo laggy, slow to respond, often confusing gestures (i.e. touch vs swipe vs pinch) because of it. I ended up sending it back and bought a Google Nexus. (The Nexus was great for a few years, but eventually got slower even though I hadn't updated it)
Moral of my story is that even if the specs look good the actual performance of these touch screens is only as good as the integration. If the drivers that are included to run the climate controls or read OBD2 data are slow or buggy then the entire experience is likely to be crap. Mind you I'm not saying all of these products are in fact crap, but I suspect there's one company which started manufacturing these and any clone is probably going to be a "meh" experience. Of course I hope I'm proven wrong.
I am with youThere are more than a few AliExpress screens that I’ve seen. I’d prefer to find a vendor that can answer questions before spending $600 on a whim.
We need more LX570 love. It isn’t clear whether there is cross compatibility for our vehicles. Hopefully someone can chime in!
In my continuing search I ran across this video showing some of the features of the Almani branded screen.

Thank you for posting this video - it helps a lot. It is one of the first videos to show the functionality of the birds eye view camera and the product that worked with the Tesla Style unit. The end of the video mentions trim classifications of his 2014 as VXR and other trim options in the Land Cruiser as EXR AND GXR - suggesting that the 12" screen option is for these models.
What is the difference in the VXR, EXR and GXR? What models do these trim packages apply to and does my 2008 have a trim model or is just a 2008 Land Cruiser?
