Im sorry i got busy and wasnt able to update this. Hopefully everyone that wanted in last minute got to order in time. Curtis just got the flanges friday morning from the machine shop and started building the shafts then. He said he will ship most by tomorrow (monday).

Got these yesterday. Im installing one tomorrow. Hope everyone got theirs already. Thanks to everyone who participated and shared their ideas.

Got mine today. Hoping to get my lift and the driveshaft installed this weekend.

Just slapped it on the cruiser yesterday afternoon. Smooth vibe-free driving :) But my coasting noise is back, so I'm thinking it's gotta be in the transfercase front output somewhere?

Installed mine last weekend (missed the group buy, but it was only $25 more)

Beautiful piece of work.

Question: what side is the CV joint on? I put mine on the axle side.

I think the CV's go on the transfer case end?...

I think the CV's go on the transfer case end?...

At first I thought I recalled that is the way to do it; however, if you do that, the splined end is down by the pumkin, which did not look right.

On my 85' toy pick-up front axle CV was at t-case and splines at axle...

I hope some others chime in on this..

I had Curtis build me one back in 2011. He made a mistake with the pattern of the flange. He sent me a new correct flange and new U joint and offered for me to find a local shop to install the new flange and he would pay for it. I ended up swapping it myself.

He's a stand up guy in my opinion. Plus makes some nice drive shafts.

I just installed new front springs on my Cruiser and now have driveline vibes. Is anyone interested in starting another Group Buy?
