Is there an easy (or any) way to play an old school iPod on a 2013? USB input doesn’t charge and it doesn’t appear readable as a storage device. What can I say, I still got a spinning drive ipod![]()
No, 2013 has a USB aux in and iPad mode on the radio but I don’t think it’s really compatible with an old, old iPod. Newer iPod works, but doesn’t charge off the aux USB.My 2008 has an Aux-in that’s the good ok headphone jack type. My iPad is plugged into that 24/7 and it works a charm...no Bluetooth or USB required. Does the 2013 still have an Aux jack simewhere?

How to pull the relay in the engine compartment fuse box. I reefed on it pretty hard to the point I thought it was close to breaking. I need to check one. How the F do thes come out?
yes I wiggled and giggled and got it out. Now to test, feel stooop id
I hate to ask but are your lights on auto?Thank, the relay tested good so it's looking like my light issue is between the relay and the back of the truck. I dropped the spare, hosed it out for any loose dirt and will try and follow the loom to the next connector all the way to the front. Hmm, as I type, I could try grounding the tailight pin and checking continuity where I pulled the relay before I start crawling around too much?
So jumper the taillight pin to the ground pin. If I have continuity then the issue is between the hot side of my fuse and the relay. If no continuity then the open is between the relay and the tracing the loom starts? Sound right?
Brake and turn signals work, only the tail lights don't

Drove about 20-30 miles at highway speed with center diff lock on. Must have accidentally pressed the button when I refueled and didn’t notice until I saw the light on the dash. Slowed down to a safe speed to disengage and kept driving on. Any risk of having done any damage? Would love some expert opinions...
Hello, I'm glad I found this thread.
I'm new to LCs and I have a suspension lift question. I've got a '16 LC that I want to do a standard 2-3in lift with 33in tires on the stock wheels so I can drive to Wal-Mart and club meets looking awesome.
My stock LC rides like a dream...mainly because I'm coming (still have) from a '14 Ram 1500 with a 4in lift with 35s... that truck is so uncomfortable that I don't even like driving it on the highway... It was a rough country lift.
If I lift my LC would it make my vehicle unbearable like my Ram ?...
With so many lifts out there which one will make my LC ride as close to as stock as I can? I just love the smoothness on roadways. Regarding tires, I don't care about road noise since I always have music on.
I appreciate the help guys... these questions have probably been asked a million times and I should probably have used the search box... but I didn't.
Thanks.
That’s almost as annoying as Apple doing away with the headphone jacks on their phones...
I wonder if you could add an input directly to your head unit internally...if you braved digging down to it...
Easiest solution would be to buy a USB thumb drive, dump all the songs on it, then pop it into the USB port. I used a 64 GB Samsung one I found on Amazon, the thing is TINY. I still use my phone with an on-line service via Bluetooth, but this is my go-to backup if there is no cell service.
If the bluetooth doesn't connect this should connect the aux to usb
Amazon product ASIN B00NMXY2MO

I’m thinking since you going in a straight line (highways are close enough) it shouldn’t have really mattered much because your wheels are all spinning basically the same speed anyway. If you were driving those miles around town making lots of turns, etc, that wouldn’t be ideal...
