Thanks for the comments, they help to keep a guy going at it.

I have a few questions.
What takes off the urethane sealer from the windshield gasket rubber?
What can i use to take off window tint film without removing the defrost grid?
What have others who have done a bob use to glue the window gaskets back together once shortened?

Take a hairdryer and hold it on the tint for a minute or 2 (actually time isn't really an issue) just as long as you can melt the glue/adhesive that holds it to the window. Then after the glue is melted, just peel back the tint. Repeat this for the rest of the tint, and if there's extra adhesive still on the window just grab some Goof-off or Goo Gone and spray some on a paper towel...then wipe it off.

I thank my retail job for this little bit of info. Use it to remove UPC's, Price Stickers, and anything else that uses adhesive glue to stick it to stuff.

When patching up a trunk gasket that had some holes in it I very gently used Gorilla Glue and held it by hand until it was tacky enough to hold itself. Gorilla Glue does expand a bit, but its easy enough to either sand down or cut off. I would trust it in that position with the pressure of the window holding it in place.

Slowly running out of red stuff to paint.

Changed rubber to 35s once inside, even had to pull the bolts out of the shackles and pull her in on the jack but she's back in side for the winter.
It gets to dam windy this time of year for the temp tarp thing and to get anything done outside so in she came.

That is seriously, hands down, the coolest rig I have seen. I've looked at other bobbed cruisers but none approach the level of bodywork that you've done - it looks friggin factory amigo.

Seriously awesome.

think one of the coolest mods is the toyota logo in the tailgate.

Getting a few more things painted and back together.
I don't know if i want to continue the black on the window frames around the back or stop with the rear door.
Was toying with the idea of doing some kind of TEQ symbol stripe thing.
I think the TEQ is to small in this shot, i don't know if the whole idea works or not.

i like it!
centered in between the fuel door and rear door looks good. neat idea as i dont see anyone else with it!

Me likey too. The stripe works great with cutting the black window frames from the rear. Not so sure about the teq placement or size. Maybe outlining it with a black border? Regardless that thing looks fantastic.

Just don't know about the stripe thing, i will play with it some more.
The meatball i think i will keep, more centered, probably larger, from the 7" in the pic to 12".
