Went well, not much warpage at all.

I would keep the Holset HX35 turbo. We mainly use Holset HX30 and Holset HX35 on out builds, and they work REALLY great for offroad

im interested to know how the HX35 works out... may be nice to put on my BJ42. plus since they came stock on dodge trucks easy and inexpensive to come by.
 
Body lines where i welded in "TOYOTA" on the gate are not as good as they could be but this truck is supposed to be mostly for off road, so thats as good as it's gettin.

Toyota should have seriously considered making a bobbed version in-house. Like Chrysler did with their minivans. Would've been the perfect solution for the 40 being too small and the 60 being too big. It's looking great, I'm excited to see it finished.
