I beleive there is a resistor that has to be in line. At least on the 6l80

My shifter has the resistor elements in it…. Think we figured out what might be wrong,my tuner back home kept a copy of the file and compared it to what I sent him…. Here is his comments.

Just download the file, flip that switch from D4 to D6 and you should be golden. The rest of your file already matches the other settings.

Does everyone have their spare H55f packed?

Need help!!!

In Salida area, fj73 with ls swap. 6l90 transmission.

discovered my tap to shift is not working, so I cannot downshift going down the mountain passes. Rick Scott pretty mushy just going down Taylor mountain this morning…. Went to Classic Cruisers and Erik. Nate and Brandon stopped everything to help us —- although the problem is the GM parts!! We confirmed all the wiring is correct. 12 V power in and other lead goes to pin seven on the transmission. At this point, I need to find a tuner or someone that can confirm that the Tap 2 shift option is turned on, and anything else that might need to be done to the computers. My cell is 913 4887746 if anyone has ideas.

I have an EZ TCU unit for my 4L85E, not sure if that will transfer over and allow you to set shift points ?

still dealing with the broken axle. Does anybody know if an 80 series is the same as a 62 I’ve got an 80 I can take one out of if so.

80 semi float is different. I wish you had posted three hours ago

Wish we were leaving but have work stuff early Monday morning so leaving after that.
Not ready anyway. Have the 200 rack version 3.0 ready to go on in the a.m. plus working on the "Retro Rack" for @samtoddlee to bring along for his 80

Surprised you don't have coolant temp. The one I watch the most

I removed the load reading and put a coolant one on it's place.

I had to set it up again, this is the first time I've used the full version

Mpg and fuel are not very accurate and don't change for trail vs normal. They are just a guess. Mph, water temp, intake temp are all good. Amazing how much cooler a snorkel truck takes in air vs stock

Ford pickup. Everything affects mileage, and it's got a tiny 34 gallon tank. I gotta be careful or I'll be unloading a 40 to make a fuel run. 😆

Half way there just outside of Cider City 😎
Mine has a 48 gallon tank, better have your wallet ready when you pull into a station.
