Purchased a seat of BMW seats and they came with the brackets. These didn't work for my early 60 body style. For late 60 and 62 they are a bolt on application. They will not work with 60's before 04/86 due to changes to the floorpan.

From Torfab site:

  • Bolt in seat brackets for any 1994-2014 BMW 3 series seat. These brackets will work on any 04/86 and newer 60 and 62 series. This is a great way to upgrade your stock seats.

Non-sport and 4 door BMW 3 series work the best but all '94-'14 3 series seats will fit with these brackets.
Looking for $100 for them plus shipping.

Interested, are all the brackets marked as i see two are? Quote to ship to 29601?

@JToobe have you second in line behind @aMiR904 who sent me a PM a couple min before you posted here. I'll pull quotes tonight / tomorrow AM and if he passes you'll be next.

Previous owner had the tape on them. They are pretty simple to line up even with out the tape by looking at the mounting points on the floor and BMW sliding tracks.

Off subject but do you know if 1979-83 FJ40 seats line up the same as FJ60/62? I am trying to put BMW seats on my 79 FJ40 and cannot find seat brackets.

USPS Large Flat rate box would be $18.85. I'll let you know if the other guy passes.

I'm not familiar with the 40 floor pans and bodies at all. The BMW seat brackets that TorFab is currently finishing development for the early 60 series require cutting out the OEM seat mounts for a flat floor and then drilling and bolting. They "could" work but I'd give Adam at TorFab a call and ask. I'm not sure if the underside of the body could work with there mount.
