I also have looked at these tires but I could only find them with a max weight rating of around 700 lbs and a max 18psi. Are you planning to drive these on the road between trails and/or back to the trailer (I.e. after Pritchett Canyon in Moab)?

Sick. Those Rockzillas are BEEFY. Have thought about this route for an off road tire setup onnone of the 40’s. There are even some 39x10 SXS sticky tires avaliable!

Oh wow! I had no idea they made a 39x10... That's crazy.

Yeah, I know that I will be pushing it with the weight rating. I don't think you could get away with this tire on a mini truck or a 40... I am not planning on running these on paved road at all. They will see 25 mph gravel between trails in the PNW.

Got Snuggs home safe and sound yesterday afternoon. My tiny garage has so much more room! LOL

Now wash and wax it first before you do anything. That’s my motto 😉

Just some notes for me so I don't forget. My Dad came over this weekend to help celebrate my Son's birthday and we were able to get a measuring tape on this thing.

Wheelbase is 95"

Current front outside tire to outside tire is 72" (37x12.50r15 on 15x10 wheels, no spacers)
Current rear outside tire to outside tire is 77" (37x12.50r15 on 15x10 wheels, with spacers)

This weekend I pulled a rear tire off to see what spacer was on there and decide on which spacers to buy. I couldn't help myself from making a sneak peek...

(Yes, I know I put a tire mounted up for the passenger side on the driver side... I was being lazy!)

I will be removing the 1.5" spacer in the rear and adding a 2" spacer. For the front, I will run 3" spacers. That should put me right where I want to be.

After that, I started getting the Packout system organized. I carry a lot of crap with me!

It's mostly done and organized.

Why not run IFS wheel hubs that will gain you 3 inches up front then go 1.5 spacer if needed.
I probably will at some point, just to upgrade the brakes. Right now this is a cheap and easy way to get it on the trails. The effects of IFS hubs are the same as running spacers, so I didn't see the need to spend extra money right now.

Great thing about Samurais, you have to be really sure on what you bring with you! And makes Tetris practice as an adult... Curious to see how those tires work out, bet they'll be great on it!
