I'm sitting here outside OK. City, eating fried catfish and drinking cold Bud, life is good. About the rear caster shims, I'm running a double cardon in the rear and was under the idea I needed to point the pinion at the transfer case, so it wouldn't vibrate. I do believe they are part of my problem, seems my pig also suffers from stretchy nuts!
Long story short, my Wife and really enjoy the wagon for traveling and I'm going to rebuild the drive train. I learned a lot from J Mack the last few days and going to make some major changes. When I get home tomorrow, we'll talk more.

If your flanges are parallel, no need for double cardon shaft. How were your flange angles before the shims?
