Nah, I’m well past the abusing my vehicle phase.. But exploring the desert and Death Valley is On the list.

One of those instances where replacement fender lips would be invaluable. If you could find a sheetmetal fabrication shop and try to keep the entire lip in one piece, someone may be able to roll one out using a bead-roller.

I’m not in the tank building market quite yet. ~225 amp TIG welder is the next big tool purchase.

Ok, can’t get any deeper. Wife saw it and said “I knew you’d do that again! How much is this gonna cost??” . One nice thing is I can raise those defrost ducts up, I never did have defrost after the AC conversion cuz the ducts stuck down too low and interferes with… everything. I also found the magic em missions box. I’m sure it was very effective at something…

Now that I’ve seen the pix it looks like doodads that came with the mount kit will work.

Yeah, you'll have to make some brackets and drill some holes, but looks like it will work.

First time working on this for a few weeks.. . Does anybody know if the replacement aftermarket door panels come with the metal snap clips? If not… crap another unicorn I bet…
