Thanks Jorge. I never get good photos of my truck. The passenger thing actually sounds like a nice time the more I think about it … sit back, relax, direct traffic, take photos. I might have to do a ride along next year.

FYI @RiggityJ is in both photos with his 40. And is that Neil in the two tone 62? I don’t remember him having a roof rack and I always forget his handle.

I know what you mean, wheelies up Imogene in the 83’ V8 40 or spitting boulders with the 83’ mini, the 22R chugging along up to silver lake!
Pictures are super F*#$@! awesome but the experience and memories are the most important! I hear ya though!

It’s funny, I was stoked “With A K” @Plains Cruiser was eager to document. I love photography enough to make it a vocation but I was also realizing a dream of exploring epicness in my 40. With the exception of #CruiseHer and the group photo, I just wanted seat time in the mountains.

@mesa man Darn right it’s first and foremost about LIVING. One day I might want to look back and remember this stuff, and every photo I’ll have has my hood at the bottom because I snapped them while driving haha.

So my whole post-SAS "International Man of Leisure" concept continues to flounder, regretfully. Despite my best efforts, the roadblocks continue - in the form of bills rolling in and having to show up, on time, for things. It severely hampers my wheeling time in the 80. I've purchased a pipe, smoking jacket, an ascot and a red, wing-back chair, all to no avail. I'd rather not purchase a bird dog and commission a painting to hang in the living room. That's easily a front bumper and sliders. Is there a TED Talk I should watch?

I’m a sucker for quality photos.

As much as I enjoy “the moment” and try not to live through a lenses I still love great pictures. Pictures to remind me of the memories, the little things that are easily forgotten.
I am also terrible about taking pictures. And not great at taking them. This is something I want to learn at some point, however I have not the time to dedicate to it currently.
