Ok, Back at it!
....or trying to be at least.
Trip went great, wonderful time, lots of exploring, another 10k fun miles on the old truck.
Trying to catch back up with emails, PMs, and all the various "works" that I have to report to. Some of you have heard from me via emails already, hope to get to the rest soon.
To answer the questions:
First up, Windows:
They worked incredibly well, still a bunch I would change, but they are pretty much nothing short of revolutionary for how we use the truck (which is obviously not everyones cup-o-tea).
Anyway, they can be latched and unlatched from inside or outside, you can just turn the cams by hand inside as long as the key part of the latch is unlocked, to lock from the inside I put a rubber draw latch from the glass to the frame.
As far as the long cams bending, they didn't under normal use, and the glass is fit too tight in the cavity to get your fingers behind, a pry bar would be needed, and if you are already using a prybar......
My typical response to this and other security questions applies: A brick is still faster.

No road noise, no wind, no water, not even at the car-wash.
Norway, The electric window on the passenger door is just from a 62, the motor bolts right in place and then I did my own wiring. The crank handle does not work, but the door panel looked funny without it on there, plus it's fun, when someone new is in the truck they crank the crank around and it just spins, I tell them they broke it.
No.3, Thanks! We stuck to the north though. And thanks to all for the invites and hospitality.
Doc, hope you didn't get my nice panels muddy.
Prat, (et. All) Working on the shirts.
Clint, Good to meet you and the gang! Too funny when you asked if I knew that guy from NY that makes all that whacky stuff....
And Cruisified, too funny about the drive-by, I think I remember that, there was one 6X that drove by on a hill and I just caught it out of the corner of my eye, didn't wave, pretty sure it was on Hood. So here is a belated wave, mud style.
And Johnny, while well known for my circuitous navigation methods, KY is not really on the way to OR, this time at least.
Enough with the words, some pictures and then back to work!
