Dad4x4, I got them from Real Steel Cruisers, I'm more satisfied with the floor pan than the inner rocker. Both are "encourage to fit" applications. Thanks for the compliments, it will need some filler work though.

Great thread...!!!! Just the inspiration I needed. I am teetering on the brink of a rehab myself (not me my TLC)! Been eyeballing the welders at Northern Tool for no apparent reason too:hillbilly:...

Nice work. Was this Matt's 'Hulk'?

Well, the devil is in the details, or so they say. I had to do some fabrication of curved parts for the first time ever. I'm attaching the pictures prior to heavy grinding work to show a good before/after. Even though I'm not 100% following the bends of the original body, I think it looks pretty good and will be hard to tell with grinding and the floor mat on it. The other side should be easier as I didn't leave a gap between the B pillar and rocker.

Nice Adam! Big accomplishment and milestone having all the major welding done! Hope to see you soon!

Nice job... Follow your build!!

Body is off, now I just need help flipping. Also curious what I should do next. I'm thinking of building a wooden frame so that it can rest upside down while I remove the gas tank and finish welding. From there I need to put it on a trailer and take it to the blast shop.

Got it flipped! welding like this is much easier than when it was on the frame! Pulling the engine and finishing the welding is next on the list.

more pictures, I thought I took a picture of the outer part of the sill after I did a lot of work, I guess I didn't. Got the rust out and cleaned it up.

Thanks Ken!

I'm having trouble pulling the 2F, I've unbolted the transmission/t-case from the cross member and unbolted the engine from the two engine mounts. With a hoist and chain on the two engine hooks it's not budging. Any tips? Am i Missing something?
