It's getting time to replace, no issues yet but looks pretty beat up upon inspection.
Looking at the ASI Rad. on eBay: seems affordable and looking at install videos looks like 1.5 🍌 job.

Any one have a look at these ASI Aluminum rads? Any other success stories of Aftermarket swaps?

I went with an OEM Toyota radiator about 6 years ago and I have had no problems. I personally don't like the look of the aluminum radiators, maybe for a race car or hot rod but not my LX. I also read of people having their replacement aftermarket radiators leak after 6 months to a year. I did not want to go through that hassle.

Whatever route you decide to go with don't forget to replace the thermostat and thermostat gasket, and maybe your upper and lower radiator hoses and use constant tension springs. NO WORM CLAMPS

+4 OEM radiator with hoses replaced 5 years ago. Hoping to get another 17 years.

I’m 4 years on a Koyo Rad. If I have to do it again tomorrow, I’m going OEM!

In the middle of installing the all aluminum CSF (not the cheap one). See link above.

Regardless which you go with, don't do like I did and forget to remove the two mounting brackets on either side to reinstall on the new one. New one does not come with those!

Hard to beat the price of OE TRad during a sale. Install and worry about it in 15 years.

Fan clutch fluid? I don't know such a thing, is that like blinker fluid??

Yeah seems everyone says OEM radiator, anyone have the part numbers to that, the hoses and the thermostat and it's gasket? Where you like to buy yours?

It's real...the viscosity of the oil determines how it engages.
As for radiator:
Enter your VIN at partsouq.com then find the part numbers among the exploded parts views
then take those numbers to Cruisin4Parts.com to find best price. You'll save by waiting for a
Dealership Sale...usually 20-25% along with free shipping in some cases.
