You don't have the year of your 100 in your sig but the number may differ for different "eras/years" of the truck.
My 1999 takes the 16400-50290 but lists the substitution as the 16400-50360. So my guess is that they are identical
or the 16400-50360 is an internal number supersession for the same part.
