If there is only one remaining item on the website and 20 people order at the same time, it goes to the first person, the sale is concluded all other orders cancelled.

Not sure why you are arguing the stock quantity wasn't listed when it clearly is and multiple people corroborated it.

Because the limited qty pertaining only to the sale price was not clearly defined and was available when I purchased. I do not agree with their practice or your opinion on it.

This happens ALL the time with different companies and 99% of them don't honor the sale price. Thick? Most definitely but there are many other examples in this thread than just cancelled orders, it's a Every item on their website has a stock quantity. No, in businesses not run by clowns the stock is checked immediately prior to processing the credit card. That’s why you can have situations where it’s in your cart but when you check out you wind up with an error. You don’t confirm orders, send status updates, and then a week later decide that you’re not going to honor sales.

I should have listened to Zuk to begin with and ordered from Revolution with the REM Super Polish. Break-in is for peasants anyway.
 
They are out of stock on their website. I ordered mine late on the 29th and at that time their website only had 3 in stock. I jumped on it as soon as I could because I figured it was a "while supplies last" situation, which it turned out to be.
I ordered before you, website said 10 in stock mid day on the 29th - just got the cancellation email as well. You don't need to be a douchebag, you will run across people from this forum in real life.
 
You may not need one but always safe to get another. There are occasional transaction errors from payment processors in that someone didn't steal your CC and order something but rather the wrong payment was processed to the wrong card. Still sucks though.

What time did you order yours? I ordered mine at like 1am EST I think?
CC company sent a new one automatically. Ordered around 4pm est on the 29th. Definitely was in stock on their website.

Orders were being accepted days later and it took 9 days to cancel mine. Pretty lame if that's how they run things. Yes I am annoyed about the fraud and having to get a new credit card.

Exactly. They were accepting orders for several days after the stock supposedly ran out.

LOL, I don't disagree, getting mine REM polished and Cryo treated.

Okay, am I upset that they canceled my order, not overly. Am I upset about the way they canceled it and the grief I am going though now because of it? Damn strait.

"Sorry we are canceling your order after some Ass Hat has hacked our payment process, and charged over $6,000 to your account, created a fictious email address that you now have to deal with, and sorry you have spent hours dealing with the other retailers, cc company, the police department and now have to go through the identity theft process. Please accept our gracious 15% discount as an apology".

Thank you for nothing Nitro, (who has not responded to my email regarding the fraud. ) Why on god's green earth would I give you money after this and trust you in the future?

Order at 1230 in the morning on the 29th.

Cancelled.

Their system needs to do better at the whole first come first served...

Not sure if anyone from NG or JD is looking at any of this but 15% off in the future won't cut it. I'll just go elsewhere.

Here’s how I’m imagining the chronology:
7/28: Sale launched
7/29-7/30: Orders pile in
7/31: Realized we f’ed up. Too scared to tell the boss.
8/1: Let’s try marking orders as delayed and see if people cancel.
8/6: That didn’t work. Have to tell the boss in the morning.
8/7 0600: Chickened out telling the boss. Brad thinks canceling the orders and writing an email telling customers to buy the gears at retail price with a 15% discount code will work.
8/7 0800: Phones are ringing off the hook. Nobody likes Brad.
8/7 1300: Brad smells like booze.
8/8: Adios Brad.
 
7/28: Order Placed
7/31: Order Shipped
8/1: Noticed fraudulent charge on card. Got the card cancelled and reimbursed
8/2: Order Received

7/31: Gears shipped (29 Spline Kit delayed)
8/2: Gears delivered

No CC fraud, don't ask me how I managed that. We will see with the Spline kit, if they don't come through I will contest the charge with Citi & call Kurt or Georg when its time to do this.

I got an invoice from this same address/Anita, for just the $11 oil slinger and $25 in tax, but for nothing else like the gears etc. Idk if its legit or fake. I ordered my gears earlier on the 28th and got the tracking digits from this same invoice. Looked into the detailed tracking via FEDEX who said they had the package, and they say it weighs only 0.2lbs
 
My order was placed early in the morning July 28th,
Credit card got hacked.
I now get thousands of spam emails a day.
They just canceled my order today.
