Got some cruisertime in this weekend and dicided to incorporate flares in the rear fender design. Started with some sheet I had bend by the local blacksmith. I then cut out some peaces and stretched the rim into shape. Then cut and tacked the lower part and started filling the corners. Pictures Will follow shortly.

And here are the pictures.
First on is metal bend by blacksmith.
second lines for cutting
third cut out section for corner.

Next up the corners.
I had a lot of work hammering, shrinking and streching to get the right shape.
One down and three more to go.
After that they need to be fitted to the fenders, cut to size and the lower corners made to fit with the rest of the body.

Very cool. You're far more patient than I. :D

It's still faster then ordering from the other side of the world, and it is fun to create something.
