Just burned up a bunch of wires under the hood. :(

Electric guy needs to come back.

Lots of little things

Wins and losses that are soon gonna be wins. The roller coaster goes on. I can’t get off now!
WTF?!? I will read on for the latest...

Got the Ebrake in.

Got all the door cards cut! Was using mdf and now I m using abs.
My 85 year old Mom helped file down the rough edges. ‘You work for me old lady!’
Naw just kidding. Told her to hurry up though! So great! She told me the better way to do it. Always seems to help me see the better way. Hahaha at least she thinks so. It is arguable.

Got a bunch of Lizard Skin sound left so I am going to spray the door side of all the cards.

Cool
Awesome! Jamming w/ Mom!!!

Wires are all done. I think.

Now concentrating on a number of noises in the clutch and transmition.

When I push the clutch in it sounds great. Nice and quiet. When, in neutral, I let the clutch out there is a noise that I don’t like. Hard to put words to it. It’s constant until I push in the clutch.

When I’m on the freeway. First time the other day, yeah! When I got up to 70 and eased off the accelerator gears in the transfer cases sounded as though they were loose would rumble around. Not a pleasant rumble.

Also took it to an engine guy and he fixed a whole bunch of stuff on the computer. So now the engine should be done!

Thing left:
Clutch / transmition sounds
Windows
No music yet
I think I might have to do more sound stuff.

Music is unda da hood 😉😎

Or from that crazy Tran/transfr cases!

Think I should not have gone with the 4-1 in the transfer, but perhaps when I those guys I will be stoked.

Think I should not have gone with the 4-1 in the transfe
I couldn't take the noise from the 4 to 1 low gears and replaced them with new stock gears. They are straight cut gears and will always be that loud.

P.S. I'm so much going to steal your engine cover idea, LOVE IT!

One of the things I really wanted was a more quiet ride. Not with thia set up! :/. Gotta get out and use it before I make decisions. I still have the old gears.

Scrapdaddy, are you happy with the sound level now?

Just dropped it off to the guy who did the work on the transmition and transfer case. Fingers crossed that he can do an easy fix!!!

Glass is half full!!!
