Sooooo I am going to skip on the hood scoop. If, God forbid, this thing ends on its side it will become a different kind of vehile and thats when I will ge that hood scoop into play!

Got some stuff headed over from Vintage Air and I hope that it will bring me success with my AC delema.

Scrapdaddy, I was talking with, I think, Jason over at VA and he told me that the Denso/stock LS compressor does not work well with the aftermarket kits. I remember you mentioning that you were not as happy as you wanted tobe. Maybe it has to do with your compressor. You probably already know about it though.

Getting a little work done tho while I wait for the AC parts.

I am running a steering box cooler. Should I have it on the box to remote reservoir line or the reservoir to pump line? Right now it seems easier, with the lay of the lines, that i have it on the box to the reservoir line.

Thanks, I didn't know that and it might be something I look into. I'm really not happy with the Restomod/Classic Auto Air a/c because they've abandoned my model and don't have any parts for it. I'll have to upgrade to the tune of @ $600 in order to fix mine.

Not sure its right, but I have the return from the hydro and the return from the box on a T and right out of the T it goes to my cooler, then returns the cool earl to the reservoir.

I didnt need the T because the reservoir had an extra port, but tht makes sense to have both breaks and the steering go through the cooler.

Plant to tear all this apart after I drive it to see if anything I did has been right! Then onto paint and sexifying that beautiful tin!

I got plans, just way out!

Anyone know what this is all about?

see something that is amiss
Those look like push-lok fittings you used on the returns. You don't want to use hose clamps on them, you'll actually create an issue that you wouldn't normally have without them.

I am wondering why they gave me all those hose clamps?
The push-lok fitting/hose system is a proven setup up to the 350 psi or so limitations, when you use a worm gear style clamp on the outside of the hose you’ll cause the fitting to cut into the hose and create a failure point.

I’m not pretending to know more than the guys that sold you that setup just offering some friendly advice.
