Yes a rub happens when she is loaded down on a tight corner in the back. I plan on lifting another 2-3 inches to remedy that issue as well as tighting up the suspension with overloads or a new spring kit
That's a heck of a rack! Is that E track on there? Good idea.

The rack is a www.gypsyrack.com made for the Humvee spec grade military version and comes with the track
I still can't wait to see the 'Before" pictures. It looks like your paint came out really nice! Wondering how clean a Piggy you started with...
