Ryan, sweet booster. Much small than the original 40 booster. I was just looking at options for my build. Are you planning on running the Tacoma steering wheel. I’m been looking a PRP wheel.
Yes I plan on using the complete steering column along with the steering wheel, wiper switch, and the turn signal/headlight switch. Planning on using the ignition also

Hey Ryan, Any updates. I need some inspiration.
Not much going on Paul. Spent a good amount of time welding up a Coastal Off-road 80 series bumper.

I did take about an hour and relocate my brake booster. Moved it over to the drivers side as far as I could. Then moved it down. Now I can work on the steering column

Interested in how you will mount your acceleration pedal. My 5.3 is a DBW. I’m not there yet but soon. I have the stock pedal and a c10 pedal from PSI.

Doing a little fab work today. Mocking up the Tundra steering column. I think that I am a the same angle as a factory 40 column (35*). Anyone know if I’m right on that?

Finally got my bending dies in. Messed around the other day and got it bolted to the floor. Made a small 90* template. Guess it’s time to design a roll cage. Tubing is 1.750x.120”

Hey Ryan, did you fab up the stand or was that included with the JDS bender?
You can buy a stand with the bender. I just went ahead and made one. It’s overkill but I wanted to make sure it was strong enough. The base is 1/2” plate and the upright is 2” DOM that has 1/4” wall thickness
