If you saw his build thread and the level of engineering that went into it and the quality of the fabrication and welding, you wouldn't consider long. And you wouldn't give 2 about what gen the tires are.

Why put new tires on a build before it’s ready?

Who knows how long it will take to spend the whole “$5,000”, right?

And yes, and that is a fine-looking, radical build, that I hope to see in-person some day.
