So Mark know the story. Here’s a few pics documenting the unveiling of what’s in there. Plus a shot of our 60’s (both 12HT’s) on the beach.

Finally pulled the trigger on my favorite mirrors. You can only get the LH side one from Toyota so getting both is fairly difficult. So when I found them I bought a few extra sets :).

I guess I know what I'll be cashing in some of my bartering credit on 😎

Ha...the unfortunate thing is these are not cheap. paid way more than when they were available from Toyota years ago. The problem is getting them in pairs since the LHS is not available.

Are they 70 series specific? They look like it. I just ordered left and right for my 77. Chrome and power operated.

I did do the right thing. Turned it over to the Corpus Christi police so I would not have the burden of knowing it could end up in the wrong hands.

I saw the photo yesterday before it was removed. Now you have me wondering what it was.

Picked up a new windshield and had clear ceramic tint put on it. Prior to install needed to paint the slim metal that’s visible between the dash and windshield. Taped it off and found a spray can of Satin Expresso. Really close match to the oem color. Paint is still wet in the pic. Hope to install the glass manana. Also pulled the dash. Will pull the evap core and inspect/replace any necessary parts in there. Gonna put in an almost crack free dash. This truck deserves one of the better ones I have. May even put the one crack free brown one I have. Still thinking on that one :).
