Wow - what a great time, worth the drive!!!
Thanks to Ken, David and Henry for having the guts to run co-pilot with me - wheeled the snot out of the 40. Sorry about that headache Dave - and that time you though we were gonna roll (snicker - that was funny!). I know Ken enjoyed Lower 2 on Friday - nice mellow ride. As to Sat. - can't believe we blitzed Lower 2, Upper 2, dropped off David way back at camp, picked up Henry and then blitized 6 in under 30 minutes in 2 wheel drive, smoked slick rock - putting things back to right, and got to sneak out 5. All that and having to wait for Rob to put the tread back on the track-how...
Thanks to Marshall, the Cuban, Dan, Heather, JP and anyone I forgot to mention who put so much into this. The wings were supurb, as was everything else. David - the cigars made it perfect - Thanks!!!
Sorry I didn't get to spend more time talking with everyone else - way too much driving to get there and no sleep makes for an unusually deaf dumbarse. Woody - I am going to kick this mud habit - just watch, ha
A BIG THANKS to all those who we saw doing trail repairs, Roger, Rob, the guys from Atlanta, and those we didn't see on Schoolbus - your efforts and sacrifices of time are very much appreciated.
As to my meager help seeding the tank traps on Lower 2 - David got a kick out of calling me Johnny Appleseed
.
Safe and rested at home - stoked to have no breakage!
