Present day..
Tried rolling fenders with a modified roller.
Started to work then the cat plate broke.
So I picked up a hammer..
And bent in the lip
I think all I need is the lip bent in for the rears to tuck all the way in and max out on the tub.
Since I am not @Wermz or have 40s.

You could be 
If you can clear 37s with a lip roll, more power to you. Tire brand, wheel width, offset/back spacing, wheel spacers, bump stop length, all of that plays a roll in where the edge of the tire will impact the body. When i was on 37s i was 100% stock body and suspension, stock 4runner wheels with 40mm spacers, i had to cut the body a lot to clear a 37 in the rear.

It's a bit of an experiment to try and fit 37s with out cutting..
The yokohama x-at 37x12.5x17 don't bulge out luje the falken mt of the same size.
0 offset rims so 4.75 backspacing
About a 2.5 in lift
Dunno if you actually wanted someone to test those rear lower link bushings for you, but I need to change mine again so I'd be willing.
I’d run those for you!
Was under neath my rig last week and noticed my lower control arm bushings need to be replaced pretty bad!

Acquiring parts for a headgasket job, spare head is at the machine shop.
Power steering resevoir bracket has been made and fits perfectly. This mounts a chase bays res, psc to come
Went through the driver's rear axle to replace the axle seal and regreased. There was leaking all over the brakes and wheel. I had a hell of a time with the stub nut. Looks like I need a new stub shaft.
I got to use my own gasket!

Then went to slick rock and fixed @jcardona1
With the bun trail welder.

Added hydro assist
Then Rubicon with Tlca and Rubithon!
That's Lee Hill near buck island, I didn't make up thir or soupbowl.
This is testing for the @Delta VS skids
confirmed you can scratch them.
i have this much droop if your wondering..
Then I broke the rear sway bar heavy duty whiteline at slick rock
Weird...
