Any concerns with the clearance between oilpan and diff.? That eighty frame is wider than the 55 and everything fits so nice in there. No header problem either. 👍

No issues anywhere. Full flex and all good. Even with a 80 high pinion would clear.

Hooker manifolds tuck inside the 55 frame with more room than other frames we work with.

I wish I could run these same manifolds on the CA Erod swaps I do. Would make things so much easier. Standard GM manifolds are close to 2" wider than these and FLOW SO MUCH BETTER!
 
So, I was thinking this one had an eighty frame, sorry. Those Hooker manifolds fit great in the 55 frame. Are those preferred over the Sanderson headers. When I was building mine, all I could find to fit were those Sanderson's. I tried Corvette manifolds, dumped right on the frame.

No, this is a 55 frame.

The Blackheart manifolds are the tightest to engine that are made. Sandersons are 1.375" wider than these.

No mods needed to run with a ls3.
