DUDE. I'm almost ready to start rotational inertia. THIS awesome collection of data points just made it into my lesson plan.

How many of us are running a Gatorade or juice bottle in the engine bay? Does one brand offer any HP benefit over another? Better cooling, steering or braking? I'm planning on adding one, but I wanna make sure it's the right choice; wanna do it right the first time. ;)

Would the old, glass Gatorade bottle be more appropriate for a 40? :hmm:

Too bad Red Bull only comes in little cans. The 2F's in my rigs could both use a little Red Bull.

 If I could find a ceramic "XXXX" jug the right shape I would absolutely run that as a coolant bottle. I could build a padded mount, sight tube and everything!

A store-brand apple juice bottle worked well in the LV for months. I only swapped it out for a generic one from Advance Auto when I listed it on eBay as I didn't want a bunch of "haters" unleashing their wrath upon me or the truck.

Heather got me one of these, she said she thought I needed something aside from all things Land Cruiser to play with

It is tiny, I mean really really tiny. A 7.5" main blade span. This is a true 4 channel fixed pitch full control RC helicopter.

Some of you know that I made a living for several years manufacturing RC helicopter equipment, this was in the early 90s. Back then I was flying X-Cell 60s that were capable of 90+ MPH and had a 6 foot blade span, a major crash could cost you over a grand in repairs.

This sucker is $44.95

It is fixed pitch and very nimble. I am actually surprised that I could keep a steady hover within minutes, guess it's like riding a bike. Tons of fun and can sure take a beating.

I like when it crashes on the ground and he just keeps throttling it to flip over instead of walking the 5 steps. Laziness for the win

20% off code for advance auto if anyone can use.

Stan, you have had a very interesting career path.

Jim, I am a fortunate man as I have been able to do quite a few different things through my life to earn a living. I am hoping to continue what I do now into retirement, maybe 15-20 years from now. Building Land Cruisers and hopefully some hot rod vintage pick ups will generally keep me smiling.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I found out this week, via DNA testing we did under doctors orders, that I am 7% Native American. So all you white people get off my land! Thanksgiving has a whole new meaning this year.

my ancestors planted all your DNA on this planet lifetimes ago.....silly earthlings

Somehow I can't dispute that.............
See ya next weekend :hmm:

LOL, see what honesty gets you
