I did the frost king on my white 80, and it helped quite a bit. It's not the equivalent of adding dynamat, but its a fraction of the cost, and fraction of the weight too.

On all 4 doors, I lined the inner side of the outer doorskin, and the outer skin of the inner side (between the door card and the door. That also made the new speakers sound a lot better too. Since I'll be doing some major interior renovations, I'll pull the front carpet, clean, and roll out a couple layers of frost king in the seating area.
