At what point did the folks that are retired say enough is enough ? I am almost 60 and twice retired. Love my actual job but leadership is you know lacking.....
I am calling myself semi retired at 66. Only real difference is now I am building what moves me and will play with it a bit and sell, repeat process. My choices, my time frame.

Well I did it. I launched my Longevity and Wellness Advisory business. Let's see what happens!

Let me know if I can assist you all in any way!

Today I am launching my Longevity and Wellness Advisory services. The mission is to help you build a personal Longevity and Healthspan Plan. This service is available for all ages and I am ready to get you moving in the right direction on your healthspan journey!

Topics - That we work together on:

1. Nutrition - It all starts here. Eating real food is the key. The only way to lose fat is through a calorie deficit. 80% of fat loss is nutrition.

2. Movement - Daily movement changes your life. Being capable now and late in life is what a movement plan is all about. 20% of fat loss is through movement.

3. Sleep - Get 8 hours or more per night. This is when the body heals itself. The body is an incredible healing machine and only heals while sleeping.

4. Mental Well Being - Connections and community. Get involved and find your purpose in life. Connections are one of the most important pieces of a long and healthy life.

5 Proactive Health - Ask your doctor tough questions. Example – What lifestyle changes can I make to get off these prescription medications forever? If they do not know, find someone that does. Prescription medications should be the last resort, not the first recommendation.

6. MNM = Minimum Necessary Medicine Framework - Did you know 25 to 30% of medical procedures are unnecessary and cost consumers between $750 Billion and $900 Billion per year? Use the framework to minimize interactions with healthcare professionals and the healthcare system. This is for chronic lifetime conditions, not acute conditions or emergency situations.

Ready to get started? Reach out via direct messenger or send me an email at roane3@gmail.com

I look forward to working with you!

I need someone to talk some sense into me - or be a bad influence.

A local junkyard to me is reorganizing and crushing a lot, which means the 80 I've used as my own personal parts car is up for grabs. I got them down to $500

It's a '94, had E-locker axles, they are now under my 80.

Windows have been down, no sunroof, interior absolutely trashed.

Has the engine, transmission, tcase still. Relatively low miles but sat for probably 15yr.

Went to the yard because it got hit in the drivers front wheel hard enough to bend a radius arm and smash a fender. Otherwise seems fine enough.

I'm debating buying it to add to the hoard, so eventually I can gut the interior, swap a set of axles I have under it, chop the fenders, stuff 39s/40s under it, and have an absolute beater raisin 80.

The reason I shouldn't do this is I already have an 80, 40, 2 1st gen 4Runners, and a pickup. And am currently engine swapping a 2 door Tahoe, trying to put the 4Runner on tons and 43s, keep the 80 rolling, and plan to 80 frame swap the 40. But I can always cram more garbage in the backyard

If you've got a place to store it, go get it!

@40LandCruising Telling you that something might not be a good idea has never had influence on you! :grinpimp: :flipoff2: BTW, it's been a while since we've seen you at a club event. I think the Cool Bus at the barn was the last time???

Yeah I haven't made it to an event in a while - I think the cool bus at the barn was the last one.

I need to get back out!

I have made one of my most exciting and irresponsible purchases yet - 42" Treps on 8x170 raceline monster Beadlocks for the 4Runner that doesn't even run currently lol

And hey I negotiated down $750 from list price, so really I saved $750 by buying these. So I can buy the $500 80 from the junkyard

I'm about to post a lot of crap for sale to make space and recoup funds so y'all be on the lookout lol

That's a steal. I love those wheels.

Yeah Raceline Monsters are sweet. I really like the steel inserts for the beadlock bolts in case they ever get messed up.

I had bought a set of 8x180 (yeah I know weird pattern) KMCs for cheap I was going to get redrilled to 8x170, but this is way easier.

So if anyone needs a set of 8x180 KMCs that are mint condition I gotchu

You are too young and beautiful to retire, the world needs you.

Any chance we may see you at TFC this year? Even if you can fly by, you are always welcome in the NM high desert hinterlands.
