Hey I'm putting this out there because I need some money. Its an 86 4Runner, 4cyl 5 speed SR5, runs and drives really well, it needs a timing chain, but I plan to fix that soon. The body and frame are in good shape. The frame seems to be very good, theres a little surface rust here and there, but it was POR15ed and looks solid. The body overall is in good shape, there are some spots that are a bit rough but again I plan to fix it. Its been a project that I've been picking away at in my free time. I found another 60 I want to buy to make my trail truck so this needs to go.

Mods are:
Trail Gear SAS kit
TG high steer
TG rear bumper
Stock rear springs up front
Pro Comp 4in lift rear springs
Custom front bumper I built with TG winch mount
37in Maxxis Creepy Crawlers
It has a Smittybilt winch, but I think that I'll be keeping it

I could also potentially part out some of the more non essential parts. (cap, tail gate, doors, rear bumper) You could also buy it without the front axle. There are many options. Let me know if you're at all interested. Not really sure what its worth, it was traded to me for some work I did, more of a cruiser guy than a 4Runner guy. Technically the front axle, steering and shocks are on loan from a friend..so it would great if someone didnt want them. But either way lets make a deal

Thanks

How much tread on the tires?
How much$$$

2 of the tires have a decent amount of tread probably 1/4in+ in the lowest area, the other two are a bit lower than that.

I'd really like to sell it without the front axle and front shocks, potentially without the high steer just because long story short the 4Runner was bought by a friend and then traded to me in return for doing a SAS and rock sliders on his mini truck, he bought the 4Runner for the KM2s that used to be on it and the front axle.

With that said I told someone I'd sell it to them without the front axle assembly, tires, winch or bumper for $2500

You might want to try NTC, Northeast Toyota Crawlers, They are big into 4 runners,

Early model FJ40 heater, came out of 71 Its dirty, needs a resto, but works as far as I know. I would like to gt $20

I need one of these brackets, I think it might be a 2F AC bracket?? or maybe its an airpump bracket. I tried to get the setup I built to work, and it wont reliably. This is the last thing I need to figure out for my belt setup.

Anybody got one to sell/trade/donate?
Thanks to Troll for the picture I defaced.

I have some studs but that is all. You really should go new all around as the others are probably stressed as well.

Likely the first ones came a little loose and that's why they failed. Clean everything up and locktite the new ones in. That might mean pulling the knuckles but it's about the only way to do the job correctly.
