Sooo....

What do you guys think about this? Ok deal? Doesn’t have the 3rd row seats...which I would need eventually.

Used 2009 LEXUS GX 470 Base For Sale | Greenville near Taylors & Greer SC | Stock: 90172791

Seems an ok deal, but a bit on the high side. If it has all scheduled services done and clean Carfax, and you can do a thorough inspection, I wouldn't consider that price a rip-off, but would be happier closer to $15k. 3rd row seats seem to be going for around $200, which is what I sold mine for.

My LX450 is going up for sell. Im going to be moving into a 100 series. Thought I'd offer it to the club first. Just hit 263k driving back from Virginia this week.

OME lift, 285's, dual batteries, hidden 12k winch, set up for solar, HG and PHH done among pages and pages of maintenance and other goodies. I have all receipts since I've owned it sorted by date in a binder.

Ive tried to document everything in the thread below.
NC LX450

Not documented is I recently had the first and second rows leather recovered. Has perforated middles front and rear and seat heaters in the front. Land tank extensions on the drivers seat and new seat gears. Gear shifter is currently at the upholstery shop being recovered.

Rear liftgate has a dent from backing into a swing, but i'm currently waiting on my body guy to get me in to fix it.

you can reach me on here or my cell is 205-218-1282. Clean NC title in hand and in my name.

$8500

Frank has Sold. Excited to announce it is staying in the ONSC family.
Throughly impressed by your build thread. I had no business looking / considering purchasing another 80 given my current situation, but after reading everything you had done to it I was running the numbers in my head anyway. :hmm: I’m glad this temptation is off the table now!

Now I just need you to re-do all that cool stuff you did to your LX to my 80! ...oh and the HG too. :frown:

A friend of a friend has approached me about helping him locate and purchase a FJ62. He plans to leave it at his vacation home, where it will see light off-road duty. It does not need to be perfect but does need to be roadworthy. I am uncertain of his budget but I get the impression he’s willing to spend $15-$25k depending on the condition.

Has anyone checked out the one below in person? PM me if you know of any others that should be considered.
Land Cruiser (TOYOTA) 1989 - FJ62 - Low Miles - Automatic

Theres a roadworthy candidate here in town could probably be had for 9grand. Not a sparkly as that one but good runner in original condition and minimal rust
