New owner of 65 FJ45 SWB (1 Viewer)

Hello,

I have been a long time viewer in this forum, hoping that I would one day be able to officially join. Fortunately I was able to buy the build by @ClemsonCruiser . It left his house yesterday and is en route to Iowa, where it will be tucked away for winter. Here are a few pics of it being picked up. Can't wait for it to arrive.

thanks ya'll. I'm really pleased. My mom died and left me some money. She would have wanted me to spend it on something I loved instead of bills or responsible things. One of her sayings was "Money is trash" meaning not to put too much emphasis on it. She would love that I've bought this great, one of a kind 45!

I think you're getting a gem Jennifer but I may be slightly biased I am glad you are going to drive it and use it instead of storing it in a garage wrapped in bubble wrap! Hope the SWB bringings you many years of enjoyment.

I would definitely drive it, use it for hauling wood, 4 wheeling, top off summer cruising, just think, in 50 years it will look like a well used patina truck that I could buy when I’m in my 90’s
