It sounds like you need to get half a set of each then. A step for your wife and these for you. Then make sure you line up for obstacles with the high points on your side. You can only see one side of your rig at a time, no one will notice. "Trust me." :grinpimp: :hillbilly:

Seriously though, if it was just me, I would get a set of these without hesitation when they are available. I need the steps for my kids and wife though.

Any updates on this thread?

I don't see these being very tough as they don't look like they are braced / tied to the frame? Especially with their length there is the potential to bend them and end up damaging the factory paint / metal.

Tougher then one might think.
We have crushed the rail closed on the only unsupported area during testing with zero body damage.
Now 30% thicker

You are correct there is ALWAYS the potential for other damage but that is true with anything:meh:

I am also curious and interested in a set - I just saw this during lunch and do not have a chance to go through entire thread so any update would be appreciated.

Phil Here is an idea, if you drill and tap holes for those step hoops then I am totally down. And I can take them off when going off road for extra clearance. Any cheap step hoops or even amp step thing, if it is easy to take off them we have a winner!

Ok Phil, you're KILLIN me here. What were you, a high school girl in your former life? 'Cause you're teasing a large group of guys....

Any info on when these will be available? Still on target for the price range of $300?

I'm in too!
When do we get more pictures, details, pricing, etc?

That's some other level salesmanship

Im in as well, might have missed it but are they powder coated or do they have to be painted / finished ? Also how would they fit with the stock front mudflaps, do they have to be removed?
