Glad you're happy with the HD Terrain Tamer clutch kit Dan!!!!!!

We just installed one here at shop as well; complete turbo'd 1HZ conversion into a customers 60. He's super happy with the the result and the clutch feel.

I've got about 500 miles on the TT clutch and it has been working great. Nice clean release and absolutely no issues, even when towing my utility trailer with 300 gallons of recycled water.

UPDATE

Summer has been crazy busy - setting up the new shop/office/warehouse in Stockton, filling orders, having fun, etc.

We get orders in every couple of weeks and then Georg has to do some non-vehicle work. Here is the latest batch of bearings, kits, Harrop ELockers and other cool stuff.

We also added a new shop truck - a one-owner '02 Tacoma. Harrop ELockers for the "other" Toyotas have really taken off - Tacomas, 4Runners, Tundras, FJCs - are all supported. Figured it was time to show the love and get a pick-up for research & development :)

Hey Ward, I have been asked by local club members about the TT radiators and see they have a pretty good line for cruisers..after speaking locally with toyota it seems they show one rad for a HJ60 in Ontario California..

TT claims almost 40% capacity and better cooling due to design, quality looks great.

I delivered some parts to Rob, Greg at Milson Motor Sports as they were servicing the coolant system in Gregs BJ74. They mentioned to me it would be great to have these radiators if available, including heater hose kits, radiator hose kits and water pumps... As I cruised through TTs catalogue I did find quite a few of these parts for many diesel and gas models..

Hey there Rob, thanks for dropping by the shop with the hose kit, it fit quite well, not a great fan of the clamps as I prefer to use a wider gear version but I nice addition to the kit none the less :) I have used TT bearing kits for years and do like to use them when ever I can. I am looking forward to trying out some of the other parts such as belts, water pumps , radiators etc. that TT has. BTW for future reference its Millson Motorworks , I do mostly one off restorations as well as maintenance and repairs as time permits in between. I look forward to using more of the TT line in the future. Cheers

Rob

COOLING - STEERING - BRAKE OFFERING
We are working with the Australians to stock up on some of the items listed above. We can get TT and aftermarket items as listed and will keep you posted.

GROUP BUYS
Also, we have been asked about "group buys" in several recent conversations. Much as we would like to help in this way, the simple answer is that such group purchases are problematic from several perspectives.

Cruiser Brothers is a distributor committed to supporting end users in partnership with specialty resellers and installing shops. Group purchases degrade that relationship model, eliminating shops and resellers from the equation.

Indirect transactions like group purchases are in conflict with our end user service commitment – as well as our commitment to manufacturers - to support their products and our mutual customers with service.

We are here to help you get a good deal, but the best way for us to do that is to work with you one on one.

Thanks!

I just rebuilt a split case with a TT rebuild kit. I could not be happier with the kit. It even came with a replacement boot for the 2WD/4WD shift rod. Was at my door in 2 days!

Thanks much guys, I will continue to source parts with you!

Not a tech post, but more friends and family......

One of our brethren (Charles Harrell) on the trails of Tennessee during the 70 Series gathering. That's some Terrain Tamer suspension kit underneath the SUV :)

Yee haw :steer:

SLIPPED SHIPPED DISK........

@torfab got their first order of TT brake parts, seem to like them. The TT items are on the left and another aftermarket Aussie product on the right.

Key differences appear to be nicer, cross-hatched finish on the face of the rotor and the slots/holes are beveled. Georg says this is good for cooling and pad life.

These units should get a work-out with that Torvette motor. :)

Does TT also import rotors without the holes?

Nossir - currently we only import the holy ones, but TT also has non HP non slotted items available if desired.

Having some fun with the new Terrain Tamer brakes and steering components and are getting good feedback on why shops and their customers are putting them on. A more expensive product, but they deliver excellent performance and value.
