thought I would post in here, since its mini-truck related.

I am daily driving an 87 pick-up and it need a couple things. It needs a shifter boot, and a gas tank. Is there a place like SOR for mini-trucks? I am struggling to find stuff locally.

Overpriced like SOR, yes... Tap Recycling in Fresno California.

There's also the Yota yard in Denver.

Or if you're not in a rush you could post a want ad in the classifieds on Mud...

I would look around for local boneyards, especially the u-pull type. When you say shifter boot, are you talking about the upper "leather" boot, or the rubber boot on the tranny tunnel?

I'm pretty sure you can still get the shifter boot from Toyota. There's also a guy on ebay selling a pretty good leather version that will fit.

I have a grey leather boot from the Ebay guy that I'd sell. It wont work with my R151F

On my truck, I bought a new leather shift boot and center armrest cover on eBay, and I am very happy with it. I forget the name, but he was in England, and really good price and quality!
