Need parts. Help

Without knowing what dimension could be flexible on these there aren't any of those sleeve bearings on McMaster Carr that would meet all the specs even if you did drill out the ID. Also they are fairly soft, hardest being bronze, so if steel is failing these would not last that long.

You could do a made to order drill bushing and get really close but expect to pay upwards of $40 each.

Better description of why these are being replaced would help determine need. Did they wear out, or were they lost?
 
Toyota overstock lists the metal bushings as available. PN 3632460060. $2.21 each. There appears to be another bushing in the diagram that they don't list (36345). Are we all talking about the same thing?

Also looking at the diagram it appears a bolt goes through these and it just fills the space between the housing and the bolt? If so why could a standard steel bushing and a washer not work?
 
According to @beno, Overstock and sites like it do not update when parts become NLA. Seems like they will let the sale go through, only to refund you later and *then* give you notice.
