The 40 has made it home, time to start tinkering.

Incoming! Starting to gather parts. Hats off to @cruiseroutfit. Gave them a phone call yesterday am and they had a pallet loaded with parts shipped out that same day. (Amazon speed) Most impressive is that they had everything I needed, on hand. I’ve been burned by other vendors who merely have products drop shipped, which usually takes weeks after collecting payment.

Went with new sor skins for the front seats. Same old racket/ reaming they have going on in their shipping department. They charged well over $100 to ups these parts. I know the quality is there and they have them in stock, but dang.

Didn’t know that! This is the first “cold weather” 40 I’ve had.
The rig does have “custom” emblems above the Oem badges. (To be removed)

I just happen to have an unmolested lower housing that I sold the lid to a while back. Happy to horse trade with you when I return from vacation.
