You're lucky you live in Arizona.
If you were in Wisconsin the whole thing would be orange with surface rust by now.
It has a slight haze right now, but you can barely see it. She will use the drum sander with 320 finishing drum and go over the whole thing, it sands off nicely with that. Then, epoxy primer will be sprayed right after. But anyway, yes, we are lucky in the south west:)

Great work so far. I was considering lining my 80, but now I am not so sure. I don't know that I want to put up the coin to have it painted, though.

Again, nice work!
 
@RN80, have you decided on a paint color?
 
Looking fantastic! and I'll echo everyone else that has complimented you on the time and effort put into this. One personal note, I hope you will keep the B and C pillars black like the standard US spec 80s. Looking forward to seeing what color you choose.
Good call! I've seen a couple re-paints, etc, doesn't look right for some reason to me.
