Sir another fine job. That design is very simialar to a few rough sketches I have made recently with the intent to build one for myself. The only difference in my design and yours would be in the overall lenght. The photos show your design to be as wide as the truck itself. I will be making my bumper about 3 inches (7.75 mm) shorter than the stock dimension. 1.5 inches(3.875mm) per side. Here we dont need the wider stance mostly because of trees and rocks and s***. Keep us posted and thanks for all the photos you send us. I look forward to every post you send just for the great pictures of your country and all of the vehicels you and your people restore. Thanks.....

Interesting. How did you build it? Are those indivdual piecs or did you use a break to bend on piece? What are you using to weld/cut with?
looking good!

looks one million percent like the production bumper we already build, except if you bought from us:
1. You wouldn't have the fun of building.
2. You'd have some seraration of you from your pay check, plus judging from your RH steering, you'd also have some overseas freight charges.

sooooooooo many people doing bumpers it seems. (gonna make it hard to compete with already available trick options here on Mud and already in the USA - no importing needed.)

but few doing tube doors ;)

I really like the design but I feel it would function better a little shorter. Maybe stop it just before it goes beyond the inside of the tires. That way the approach angle to rocks and such wouldn't be an issue. Just a thought...

Totally unintended. :) . Please post up pictures of your bumper here on the thread.
Thank you
Ehsan

these were built a couple years ago in my shop and they are galvanized and they are on a customers BJ 42 that is getting a frame off restoration, with some upgrades.

this particular front bumper also mounts an Warn 24V 8274

and the rear bumper c/w pintle hook & a tire carrier will carry a 32" super swamper on a Daytona series 51 rim and a 5 gal NATO gerry can.

Best Regards

Does the winch mount to the bumper or the frame?

Ehsan, get the front bumper your building very similar to Exmodlad's above and you got yourself a customer!! That's if Gord doesn't mind you "borrowing" his design!
