I liked the guy that had the garage that entered the side of his house on Old Canton that always had a bad ass lifted ford

I had an all aluminum 4 core in my 1968. Never got close to overheating.

I had an extra I sold to @Bodean

Oh wow. I remember that. That was right by the entrance to what I think was called Heatherwood?

Sorry…I'm getting off topic here.

What Bodean said! Get the champion 4 core and build a good shroud around it!.. you can't go cheap on this!

IMO, if you plan to keep it get the OEM Toyo Rad 4 core brass radiator. It's the bees knees.

unsure on keeping....but i already ordered the champion.

can you get me the heater valve and errr....some of the other things we talked about?

btw,

i talked with luke, my electrician who owned this 40 for some time....he said all the lights, speedo, blinkers, were functioning properly....said hed even driven it to 100+mph :grinpimp:

He's already ordered the Champion. It'll work fine. Both of Jrobs are fan/clutch/belt type.

It is not a header it is a 2" OEM Ram's horn manifold. Jrob has them on his truck too. Stock manifold. No clearance issues. Less heat, they match up with that crossover Y pipe that we keep talking about.

Did you talk to Pat? He has some.

Great manifolds. Actually, even pretty efficient. Corvettes used to use them.

That's who built that badassness located in @FJ60Cam rig. Rad, shroud and all I believe.

Christ, a whole page on radiators...

Reminds me of my old build thread
