We installed the Land Shark drawers three weeks ago and started customizing them last weekend. So far we’ve installed an Alu cab tilt fridge slide, cheap yoga mats as a cover, piano hinges and pull straps to access the wheel well. Greatly appreciate the depth of resources available for modifying the drawers.

Very nice. Did you put any adhesive down for the mats, or they just laying on top? Any plans for the face of the drawers? I might stain my when they come in.

No adhesive under the yoga mats; they’re tacky and do not slip. Plus, we can remove the mat and shake off dirt, if necessary. The face of the drawers will receive a large vinyl decal. It should get installed this week or weekend. I’ll post photos when its done.

Does anyone have any pictures of how this mounts to the third row seat brackets? Thanks!

I don't have the photos, but there is a u-bolt that goes through/ under the third row connection points at four spots and is attached the the wood substructure of the drawers.

thanks for the confirmation. Coincidentally, thats how I was planning on doing it on my own diy drawers. Figured I would look to see how other popular solutions tackled the problem. Happy to see I was on the right track.

Here's my KISS setup. I'll be adding hinges to the side wings soon, but this is pretty much complete. Added 6 - D-ring tie down points, locking T-handle latches, polyurethane sealant, and marine carpet.

What hinges are you planning on utilizing?

Anyone have an suggestions on how to get the cargo hooks out of the panel without tearing it up? Removing the screw inside does not do it...

I think you remove the screw and twist it 90 degrees.
It definitely does not need to be torn up.

IMPORTANT HEADSUP: I am finally moving from a garage with just 50 ft2 to run LSO from, into a house with a 1,500 ft2 shop! This will eventually mean short/no lead times as I can finally stock products, but unfortunately for the next couple months I need to shut down sales as the move will be a big undertaking.

The store closes this Saturday, June 1 and will reopen end of July.

All existing orders are going out, I will continue to support customers through email, and yes I am staying in Bend. I apologize to everyone who were looking to order over the next couple months, and hope you understand. Any questions please email (not PM) me.
